US Journey Immigration Services is formed by attorney Marlene Gonzalez and her team of paralegals, all of whom are immigrants from Mexico, Nicaragua, Philippines and Venezuela. We serve our clients in Portuguese, Spanish and Tagalog, in addition to English. Our team is always available to provide professional and quality legal services.

We are international! US Journey Immigration Services is comprised of attorney Marlene Gonzalez and her team of paralegals and legal assistants,
all immigrants.
Marlene F. Gonzalez
Immigration Attorney
Attorney Gonzalez was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States at the age of 12 with her family. She lived in Los Angeles, California before moving to Utah. She earned her B.A. in Philosophy and her Juris Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of Utah. Ms. Gonzalez has been practicing immigration law for over 22 years. She is active in civic organizations and has served as a board member of several organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association - Utah Chapter, Asian Association of Utah-Refugee Immigrant Center, Utah Crime Victims Reparations, Utah Minority Bar Association, Utah Sentencing Commission and the YWCA of Salt Lake. She travels all over the world and loves hiking, history, arts, music and culture. She loves spending time eating and hanging out with her family.

Angela is an administrative assistant at US Journey Immigration Services, based in the Philippines. She supports the team by managing data entry and various administrative tasks. With eight years of experience as a banker, Angela brings precision and reliability to her work. She loves to travel and enjoys seeing her clients realize their dream of living in a new country. Angela enjoys spending time with her adorable white dog, Cotton.

Estrella Velasco de Infante is a legal assistant at US Journey Immigration Services. She is from Venezuela, and before coming to the US, she practiced law for 10 years. She has always been passionate about the law and how to use it to benefit families. In 2014, she arrived in this country with only a suitcase full of dreams and hopes. As an immigrant, she knows how essential it is for all of us to be able to work and grow in the U.S. Estrella is married and the mother of three children. She loves living in Utah, camping, and spending time with her family.

Genevieve is an administrative assistant at US Journey Immigration Services, based in the Philippines. She leverages her experience in film industry credit and collections to support paralegals and communicate with clients. Genevieve is inspired by helping clients achieve their American dream. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Jonalyn is a Legal Assistant and PERM Specialist at US Journey Immigration Services, focusing on EB-3 cases while providing support in accounting and administration. She holds a degree in Business Management and has previous experience as a Virtual Accounting Analyst. Originally from the Philippines, Jonalyn enjoys traveling and exploring new activities with her family. Her own immigration journey inspires her dedication to helping clients.

Stephanie is a legal assistant at US Journey Immigration Services. She was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and is a DACA recipient. Before joining US Journey, she worked in radiology assisting attorneys with personal injury cases. Working in immigration brings her satisfaction knowing that she is helping many people achieve the American Dream. Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter and three dogs.

Lidia is a Legal Assistant at US Journey Immigration Services, assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with Naturalization, Family Green Cards, and Work Authorization. With over a year of experience in immigration law and a background in English-Portuguese translation, she is committed to supporting clients through complex processes. In her free time, Lidia enjoys spending time with her family, trying new recipes, and watching movies.
