Asylum
To be eligible for asylum, you must be able to show that you cannot return to your home country because of persecution or fear of persecution on account of race, religion and nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion. In addition, you must show that your home country is unwilling or unable to protect you from this persecution. If you are granted asylum in the United States, you will have a renewable work permit. Asylum is not amnesty and does not provide a path to citizenship. Call us at 1-833-VISA-4-US to find out if you qualify for asylum.
